Jackie from Belvoir Pavilions on the South Coast of NSW wanted a comprehensive guest welcome pack filled with essential information, that also presents the guest house in an enticing and engaging way

The intention was to create a magazine look-book style document that was functional as well as beautiful.  It was important that it was able to be both printable and emailable so that the client could engage with her guests in their preferred format.

The first step was to create moodboard to detemine an overall aesthetic for the project.  The design needed to encompass the vibe and features of the guest house and be able to connect on an emotional level with the audience.  We selected an earthy and rich colour palette to herald the photographs and establish a true sense of what is is like to stay at the property.

The written content was bolstered by bespoke iconography throughout the document for clarification of information.

The result is part marketing brochure, part travel guide and provides guests with all the nitty gritty information needed for enjoying a blissful, stress-free holiday at Belvoir Pavilions.

The client has received an overwhelmingly positive response from guests to their new welcome pack.
